Our cleaning process was developed to restore existing dirty & stained grout to like new condition, without removing any tiles or grout. This unique color sealing process creates a long lasting, durable, waterproof layer which will prevent spills and stains from penetrating into the grout line. This process will restore old grout to its original beauty, and your grout lines will have a uniform color throughout your entire floor.

Our process is available to residential and commercial clients with ceramic or porcelain tile surfaces with SANDED GROUT ONLY. We can color seal floors, countertops and shower stall walls (only). This process cannot be applied to natural stone floors or surfaces where un-sanded grout is present.

FAQ’s

Q:  Will the color sealer keep my grout from getting dirty?

A:  Yes. The color sealer creates a waterproof seal which “locks out” any type of liquid from staining your grout. Your floor will easier to maintain as long as you thoroughly rinse your floor with CLEAN water after each cleaning. Please keep in mind dirt does not evaporate!

Q:  Do I have to use a special cleaner on my floor?

A:  Yes, it is recommended that you use a Neutral PH cleaner safe for natural stone to clean your floors. This gentle neutral formula will effectively clean your floor, while preserving the color sealer for years to come. Aggressive scrubbing, or cleaning with strong alkaline, butyl or acid based cleaners such as bleach, ammonia will void the warranty.

Q:  How long does the color sealer last?

A:  When maintained properly, and depending on the traffic, the color sealer will last in excess of 10 yrs.

Q:  Is it expensive?

A:  It is more expensive then having a premium grade clear impregnating sealer applied due to the product cost and labor time involved. But, if you consider the ease of maintenance and durability, it’s a better value.
