After being in the
retail industry for
over 11 years and it
was time for a
career change; Dream
Carpets, Inc. was
formed. Being a
homeowner with (2)
Bassett Hounds, my
carpets continually
needed cleaning. I
had them cleaned
every 4 months and
tried every cleaner
in the phonebook.
Unfortunately, I
never found one
cleaning company
that provided
exceptional service.
It got to the point
that having my
carpets cleaned was
more a hassle than a
benefit.
The most common
problems I
experienced were;
• Carpets stayed wet
for numerous hours
and sometimes days.

great when the
technician left, but
when they dried, all
