Dream Carpets employs the latest technology to thoroughly clean and rejuvenate your soiled and stained tile & grout. We pre-spray your tile and grout with a specially formulated solution which breaks down the soils trapped deep within the porous grout lines. We then agitate our solution into the grout lines and allow it to dwell for 10 – 15 minutes. We then rinse with our high pressure Turbo tool, with water around 250-260 degrees. This process thoroughly cleans and restores your tile and grout to like new condition.  After the cleaning is completed, we recommend having your grout sealed.

A sealer reduces the chances of spills from penetrating into the porous surface of the floor, and allows you time to clean it up. Now clean-ups are a snap! Simply blot fresh spills with a clean cloth or paper towel.
